In 2012 the company’s Division 1 (C-Corp) was established to provide insulation services to mechanical & HVAC contractors and plumbing companies in the commercial & industrial space.

In 2021 the company’s Division 2 business (LLC) was formed to fabricate and & install sheet metal for mechanical contractors and HVAC & plumbing companies in the commercial and industrial space.

In early 2025, the Company launched yet another new product line, referred to as a “Fire Stop” product. This product’s gross margins are significantly accretive to the enterprise financials and the product is off to a very fast start with 10 new jobs to bid on in its first 30 days of availability at the request of existing customers.

To capitalize on this growth opportunity, the Company has launched a real estate expansion project to consolidate three existing company locations into a single, new enterprise headquarters. The new footprint enables the combined companies to double capacity, output and revenue. Ownership is looking for a new owner or a growth partner to help execute this growth strategy and scale the business to the next level.
