This Residential HVAC Contractor has specialized in new home installations for nearly 10 years. The contractor has a few satellite locations throughout the region to allow for better efficiency & timing of installations.  This business completes thousands of new installs annually. There is an opportunity to expand the business and add a service arm. The current owners work remotely and have a management team in place that handles the day-to-day operation. The business has roughly 50 employees. All employees, including the technicians, are W-2.
