ProNova Partners represents a symbiotic and dual-threat enterprise that focuses on the recruiting, staffing, staff augmentation, and operational consulting needs of a wide variety of end markets with a core vertical / focus in the manufacturing sector. Although there are 2 companies that are marketed separately to clients in the marketplace, they actually feed one another business regularly and are complementary. The executive team and shareholders have a combined level of experience of over 400 years in this industry and are looking to team up with a supportive capital partner (minority or majority) to assist them in scaling or become a platform for an acquisitive private equity group or family office that wants to pursue an aggressive buy-and-build strategy. The Company has a nationwide client base, with nearly 100% of the work being in the United States, and serviced with United States employees and 1099 contractors.
