True family business spanning 3 generations. The Company was started in 2018, and is a leader in the design, manufacture and repair of hydraulics. As the largest hydraulics shop in the southwestern United States, the Company has completed the acquisition of five different hydraulic enterprises with the most recent transaction occurring in 2022, resulting in an approximate 50% market share in its home region.

Capabilities include a full machine shop and tear down benches at each of the five locations. Each location specializes in heavy equipment and buckets and booms mill work boring as well as hydraulic cylinder builds, automatic hone-to-hone housing and many other large scale hydraulic manufacturing specialties.

Industries such as construction, mill runs, scrap and pump repair yards, with their high-pressure equipment, lifts, trucks, dozers, excavators and paving machines, marine offshore hydraulics, cranes, oil field equipment containing aluminum and plastic parts are among its specialties served.

The owner spends less than 25 hours per week overseeing the Company at any of the 5 locations while his dedicated and seasoned management team handles the day-to-day business. The owner would be happy to retain some portion of equity while advising and navigating the buyer’s growth plan on a mutually agreeable buyer-seller arrangement.
