We curate listings from hundreds of M&A firms, focusing on opportunities most relevant to SMB and lower middle market family offices, search funds, independent sponsors, and strategic buyers. Data is continuously refreshed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Subscribers can click directly through to original deal sources, streamlining outreach and communication with sell-side advisors. New opportunities are delivered weekly via email and can be exported as CSV files for seamless CRM integration.
DealLink also offers a comp tool, allowing users to identify relevant transactions and generate reports with revenue and EBITDA multiples to support valuation and underwriting.

Meet the Co-Founders
Dennis Schaecher
Principal
In addition to his technology & strategy role with DealLink, Dennis runs the Research Triangle office of BOS Acquisitions. BOS provides acquisition search assistance to private equity firms, investment groups and corporations. Prior to BOS, Dennis was a consultant in the New York City office of Digitas, a leading marketing and strategy firm. The clients he advised include American Express, The New York Times and Toys 'R' Us. Dennis maintains an ongoing relationship with the University of North Carolina MBA Entrepreneurship program as a guest speaker and coach. He is also an angel investor with Triangle Angel Partners. Dennis has an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA with honors from Middlebury College.
Bob Anderson
Principal
Bob was raised in an entrepreneurial family and has successfully founded and exited an apparel company and a food & beverage business. In addition to his client services role with DealLink, Bob operates an energy consultancy, helping commercial clients reduce their carbon footprint through energy efficiency and solar energy. Bob has also worked as an investment analyst for a hedge fund, an English teacher and a snowboard instructor in Japan, and a children’s book author. Bob received his BA with high honors from Middlebury College.
Paul Wilcox
Principal
Since childhood, Paul has been interested in entrepreneurship and venture investing. He would read the stock tables from his father's WSJ and was overjoyed with his first share of stock at the age of 10. His first business venture was a college laundry service that is still in existence today. He went on to start several other businesses in publishing. He maintains investments in several sustainability-oriented and renewable energy startups. At DealLink, Paul focuses on optimizing search results and building its brand presence. Paul received his BA with high honors from Middlebury College.
